Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Software Development Engineer to design and build scalable solutions that empower our field teams. The ideal candidate will bring industry best practices to solve complex business problems, define meaningful metrics, and create systems that operate reliably at scale. This role is for a detail-oriented individual looking to expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable solutions for field teams.
- Utilize industry best practices and standards to solve complex business problems.
- Define and track meaningful metrics for system performance and reliability.
- Ensure systems operate reliably at scale.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Lead the design and architecture of new and existing systems.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automation, testing, and operations. 6+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems. 5+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python and REACT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $54.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
