Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to work remotely on designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various internal/external systems. The candidate should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and support integrations for SAP SuccessFactors (SF).
Work with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Develop integrations using:

OData APIs
REST/SOAP services
SFTP/file-based interfaces

Manage Employee Central (EC) integrations (Payroll, Time, Benefits).
Configure and monitor Integration Center jobs.
Use Compound Employee API for data extraction.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues remotely.
Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent modules.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting or Talent Management modules.
Strong experience in SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite.
Expertise in API integrations (OData, REST, SOAP).
Experience with Integration Center & Compound Employee API.
Knowledge of XML, JSON, data transformations.
Good understanding of HR processes.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP HCM / S/4HANA integrations.
Exposure to middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
SAP certifications (SF / CPI) are a plus.
