We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Integration Specialist to design, build, and manage integrations across Salesforce Sales Cloud, SAP systems, and Zuora, using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as the central middleware. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management) and experience in orchestrating complex, enterprise-grade integrations ensuring scalability, reliability, and data consistency.
Key Responsibilities :
Integration Architecture & Design
Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture using SAP BTP as the central middleware layer. Define integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven) for:
Salesforce SAP
Salesforce Zuora
SAP Zuora
Ensure scalable and loosely coupled architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
SAP BTP Integration Development
Develop and configure integrations using:
SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration / CPI) API Management
Event Mesh (if applicable)
Build and maintain iFlows, message mappings, and transformation logic.
Implement data transformations (XML, JSON, IDoc, OData, REST/SOAP APIs).
System Integrations
Enable seamless data exchange across systems:
Salesforce Sales Cloud (Accounts, Opportunities, Orders) SAP (S/4HANA / ECC) (Customer master, Finance, Order Management)
Zuora (Subscriptions, Billing, Invoicing)
Ensure data consistency, reliability, and fault tolerance across all integrations.
API & Middleware Management
Design, publish, and manage APIs using SAP BTP API Management.
Implement security protocols: OAuth 2.0
Basic Authentication
Certificates
Monitor API performance and usage.
Error Handling & Monitoring
Implement robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms within SAP BTP.
Monitor integrations using SAP BTP tools and proactively resolve issues. Support incident management and root cause analysis.
Performance & Scalability
Optimize integration flows for high performance and large data volumes (LDV).
Design batch and real-time processing strategies. Ensure compliance with system limits (Salesforce, SAP, Zuora).
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with Salesforce teams, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance on integration capabilities and constraints. Maintain documentation:
Integration architecture diagrams
Data flow diagrams
API specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in integration development, with strong focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite
Hands-on experience with: SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
API Management
Experience integrating:
Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API)
SAP systems (IDoc, RFC, OData)
Zuora APIs
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware concepts
Experience with data transformation formats (XML, JSON)
