CMCC System Architect/Remote

Role Summary

The CMCC System Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the overall architecture of CMCC systems and related enterprise applications. The role ensures scalability, security, integration, performance, and alignment with business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end system architecture for CMCC platforms and applications.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and integration approaches.
• Work with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and technical planning.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, availability, and security.
• Support cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment models.
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and system integration.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of system architecture and enterprise application design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, middleware, and integration tools.
• Understanding of databases, networking, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, command center, operations management, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• Architecture certifications are an advantage.
