About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in telecom domain implementations. This role requires expertise in both high-level architectural design and deep technical execution within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture design for Salesforce-based solutions
Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices
Design and implement solutions using Communications Cloud and related telecom modules
Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Guide teams on Salesforce platform capabilities including Agentforce and automation tools
Review code, enforce governance, and maintain architectural standards
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and project managers

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture
Hands-on experience with Agentforce
Experience working with Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
Knowledge of Contracts Module within Salesforce
Strong Solution Design and system architecture skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecom domain projects
Salesforce certifications (Architect-level preferred)
Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
