Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Agentforce (Salesforce AI & automation capabilities), Communications Cloud,). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to telecom or enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Implement and customize Communications Cloud (Vlocity) components.
Work with Agentforce (Salesforce AI/automation tools) to build intelligent workflows, bots, and agent productivity solutions
Develop and integrate Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions for contract creation, approval workflows, and tracking
