Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in NOW Assist (ServiceNow s AI capabilities) and a strong Telecom domain background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-driven automation to enhance business processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.)
Implement and optimize NOW Assist capabilities for automation and productivity
Lead platform architecture, integrations, and governance standards
Collaborate with telecom stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
Drive AI-powered workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Hands-on expertise with NOW Assist / ServiceNow AI features
Strong Telecom industry experience (mandatory)
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform, integrations, and best practices
Experience with scripting (JavaScript), APIs, and cloud environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
