Summary

Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Arlington, VA,Tampa, FL, Louisville, KY (Hybrid role- 2/3 days onsite)

Qualifications:

experience with full cycle application development (Full SDLC experience: design, development, delivery, etc.)
Experience with Agile, Cloud Service Models, DevOps and CI/CD.
Solid understanding of architectural principles of cloud-based platforms (AWS preferred) including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy and multi-tiered infrastructure.
Ability to discover and define functional requirements that map to business need and to transform them into technical requirements and architecture definition.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplined (full stack) technical team through an architectural development process using agile methodologies and collaborate with business and other constituents.
Demonstrated capability to influence technology strategy and best practices across peer and leadership groups that support an agile\rapid development culture.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Strong intellectual curiosity to challenge what exists and explore what should be changed to best meet evolving business and market.
Other cloud-based tools / platform experience a plus but not required:
