Currently we are searching for a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire role that sits onsite.
<>Day to Day Responsibilities:>- Serve as the senior leader overseeing all financial application platforms, ensuring stability, governance, and alignment with business objectives across accounting and revenue operations.
- Partner with finance leadership to gather requirements, translate operational needs, and guide system enhancements while advising business users on bestpractice process improvements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming project demand, balancing strategic initiatives against limited team capacity and establishing realistic delivery expectations.
- Provide direction to developers, analysts, and technical staff driving architectural decisions, reviewing solution designs, and maintaining strong development standards.
- Oversee change control, version management, and compliancerelated activities, including internal controls and audit support.
- Champion modernization efforts by identifying opportunities to eliminate legacy customizations and promote scalable, outofthebox capabilities.
- Mentor technical talent, promote continuous skill development, and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
- 10+ years working with enterprisescale financial systems (ERP), with deep handson background in Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, and related integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration strategies, system architecture, and complex multisystem data flows within a cloudbased ERP ecosystem.
- Experience guiding teams through highcustomization environments and driving simplification or standardization after years of bespoke development.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior finance stakeholders (Controller, Revenue Leadership) and translate business language into system requirements.
- Prior leadership experience managing technical teams, setting priorities, and coaching developers/analysts.
- Familiarity with SDLC practices (Agile or Waterfall), DevOps pipelines, and structured changemanagement processes.
- Bonus: Background in largescale system migrations, reduction of technical debt, or operational experience within a highly regulated or highvolume environment.
