Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Load Test Analyst with strong hands-on NeoLoad experience to perform performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for large enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance and load tests using NeoLoad.
- Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Test enterprise applications involving SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, and integrations.
- Test SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, and SAP Datasphere environments.
- Test CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations.
- Test APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, web, mobile, IVR, and chatbot applications.
- Create and maintain NeoLoad test scripts.
- Monitor response time, throughput, errors, resource utilization, and system performance.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and go/no-go recommendations.
- Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing.
- Strong hands-on NeoLoad experience – Required.
- Experience testing large enterprise applications with high transaction volumes.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, analytics, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
