Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Business Collections, Credit Management, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Customer Master, Collection Strategy, Collection Prioritization, Customer Risk Assessment, Working Capital Optimization, Revenue Cycle Management, Invoice/Deduction Management, Cash Forecasting, Financial Controls, and SOX Compliance.
Collection Platforms:
Hands-on experience with one or more:
- HighRadius Collections Cloud / Autonomous Receivables / Cash Application / Credit Cloud / Dispute Management
- Sidetrade Collection Intelligence / Augmented Cash / Collection Strategy / AI Collection Workflows
- Similar AR/Collections automation platforms
ERP Integration:
Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, Infor, or NetSuite.
Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Advanced Excel, SQL, and reporting dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong experience in OTC, AR, or Credit & Collections.
Good hands-on implementation/support experience with HighRadius, Sidetrade, or equivalent AR automation solutions.
- Experience leading business process workshops and requirements gathering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Strong consulting mindset, leadership, mentoring, executive presentation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
