Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior OTC Collections Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, and AR Automation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing or supporting HighRadius, Sidetrade, or similar Accounts Receivable automation platforms and a strong understanding of finance transformation and collections process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Evaluate Accounts Receivable, collections, and credit management workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve collection efficiency and cash flow.
- Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops.
- Configure and support collection strategies, prioritization, workflows, queues, and dashboards.
- Support HighRadius, Sidetrade, or similar AR automation platform implementations.
- Define customer segmentation and collection prioritization strategies.
- Support Promise-to-Pay tracking, aging analysis, and customer follow-up processes.
- Improve DSO, collection effectiveness, and working capital performance.
- Support Cash Application and Dispute Management processes.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Shared Services, Sales, IT, and ERP teams.
- Support UAT, production deployment, post-go-live support, and hypercare.
- Develop and maintain collection KPIs and performance dashboards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in OTC, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Finance Transformation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HighRadius, Sidetrade, or similar AR automation solutions.

- Strong knowledge of DSO, CEI, aging, bad debt, cash forecasting, and collection KPIs.
- Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
