Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Engineer - Microsoft 365 AI Platform - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. This is a 18+ month contract opportunity. This role joins the Microsoft 365 AI & Desktop Engineering team, focusing on enabling, configuring, integrating, and supporting Microsoft AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The position is ideal for a Microsoft 365 engineer or platform administrator looking to expand their expertise in AI technologies within a large enterprise environment. This is a platform engineering role, emphasizing configuration, integration, and operational support over traditional software development.
Responsibilities: - Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities
- Implement and maintain solutions built with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents
- Configure integrations between Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow
- Support the development and management of Copilot skills, connectors, and data access solutions
- Evaluate new Microsoft AI features for enterprise applicability, integration requirements, and security considerations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures
- Develop and execute test scenarios, use cases, and validation activities
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, and business partners to implement solutions
- Troubleshoot platform, configuration, integration, and operational issues
- Support adoption and operational readiness of emerging Microsoft AI technologies
Requirements: - 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- Understanding of how enterprise technologies and systems integrate
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and systems-thinking capabilities
- Ability to balance technical work with documentation, testing, governance, and operational processes
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them within enterprise environments
Desired skills: - Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and Engineering
- Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Agents
- Microsoft Graph, Copilot Skills, and Copilot CoWork

- Experience in large, regulated organizations (financial services experience is a plus)
Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
