Description
We are looking for an experienced IAM Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions to safeguard the organization's digital assets. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure appropriate access controls and compliance with security standards. This is a long-term contract position, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the organization's cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions to protect organizational data and systems.
Collaborate with business and application teams to ensure proper access control measures are in place.
Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures related to identity management.
Conduct audits and walkthroughs to identify process gaps and implement necessary improvements.
Monitor compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
Create and present metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of IAM strategies.
Lead IAM-related projects, including planning, resource coordination, and timeline management.
Administer user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the identity management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide expert recommendations on IAM tools and technologies to enhance organizational security.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory and privileged account management systems.
Experience in developing and enforcing IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and cybersecurity frameworks.
Ability to track and report IAM metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Skilled in project planning and end-to-end execution of IAM initiatives.
Expertise in troubleshooting IAM-related issues and implementing enhancements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
