Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Systems
MUST HAVES:
1. 10 years experience - ideally prior experience working within large organizations,
working on multiple project initiatives at once
2. JIRA experience - at least the ability to navigate JIRA and run ad hoc reporting
3. Candidate should have Agile and Waterfall experience - candidate needs to be
comfortable working in a hybrid delivery model.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within
enterprise IT or PMO environments.
Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts (site selection, lease
management, critical dates, financial obligations).
Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams and external vendors.
Expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executivelevel presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working in retail, restaurant, or multisite real estate environments.
Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
