Our client, an AI native platform, seeks a Full-Stack Engineer with strong Python and React experience who wants meaningful ownership and the opportunity to build foundational systems in a fast-scaling health tech startup.
What You''ll Do
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
Develop APIs and services that power core workflows in specialty medication access
Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and engineering teammates to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in architectural discussions and influence core technical decisions
Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices
Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks)
Strong proficiency in React (modern hooks, state management, frontend best practices)
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
Interest in AI-driven systems and intelligent automation

2+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer at a start-up
