Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Englewood, CO

Our client seeks a technically fluent Project Manager to drive metric-based improvements in customer activation flows for third-party streaming applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders. The Project Manager will define KPIs, analyze customer journey data, and lead remediation and optimization initiatives to improve onboarding and activation outcomes. The environment values high ownership, clear communication, and executive-ready reporting.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a structured, metric-driven methodology to improve customer activation flows for third-party applications.
  • Develop and refine KPIs that quantify customer experience and activation success.
  • Partner with engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to identify drivers impacting activation performance.
  • Lead bug prioritization and remediation efforts tied to activation failures.
  • Drive end-to-end projects to optimize onboarding and activation flows.
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Organize and track project portfolios including bugs, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and presentations summarizing findings, performance trends, and project impact.
  • Influence internal teams and external partners to improve onboarding and activation processes.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, product operations, or related roles.
  • Experience in technology-focused environments with exposure to front-end and back-end systems.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, or other hard science disciplines.
  • Experience with SQL (preferred).
  • Experience with front-end analytics tools (preferred).
  • Experience driving customer journey or activation funnel optimization initiatives (preferred).
