What Success Looks Like in This RoleAll releases across CDP(Common Data Platform) teams are coordinated through a single, consistent processReduction in deployment conflicts and release-related incidentsStakeholders have clear visibility into upcoming releases and potential impactsChange management documentation and approvals are timely and completeRelease metrics show continuous improvement in deployment success ratesDevelopment teams view the release process as an enabler rather than a bottleneck Key ResponsibilitiesRelease Coordination & ManagementServe as the single point of coordination for all CDP releases across seven delivery teamsPlan and schedule releases, managing the complete release calendar and coordinating timing across teamsOrchestrate dependencies between teams to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth deploymentsConduct release readiness assessments and go/no-go decision meetingsCoordinate release activities during deployment windows (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET)Manage rollback procedures when necessary and coordinate post-release validation Change ManagementManage change requests from initiation through closurePrepare change documentation and present to Change Advisory Board (CAB) for approvalEnsure all changes follow Federal Reserve policies and compliance requirementsTrack and report on change metrics and success ratesCoordinate emergency change procedures when requiredStakeholder Communication & DocumentationMaintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders regarding release status, risks, and issuesCreate and distribute release notes, deployment plans, and status reportsFacilitate release planning meetings with development teams and stakeholdersProvide executive-level summaries of release activities and outcomesMaintain comprehensive release documentation and lessons learned Process Management & Continuous ImprovementMaintain and evolve release management processes aligned with ITIL best practicesIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the release process and drive improvementsStandardize release procedures across all seven CDP teamsTrack release metrics (success rate, duration, incidents) and drive improvement initiativesStay current with industry trends in release management and DevOps practices Risk & Issue ManagementProactively identify and escalate release risks and dependenciesMaintain a risk register and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate issue resolution during releases, working with technical teamsConduct post-release reviews to identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with the client #LI-PG1#LI-REMOTE

Required QualificationsExperience:Professional Level: 2+ years managing releases in a software engineering or IT service delivery organizationSenior Level: 5+ years managing releases in a software engineering or IT service delivery organizationDemonstrated experience coordinating releases across multiple teams or products simultaneouslyExperience working with Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and formal change management processesExperience with ITIL processes, particularly Release and Change Management Technical Knowledge:Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation conceptsFamiliarity with Agile and SAFe frameworksAbility to understand technical discussions and deployment architectures (AWS cloud environment)Basic understanding of big data/data analytics platforms (preferred) Core Competencies:Exceptional organizational skills - ability to track and coordinate multiple concurrent releases and dependenciesSuperior communication skills - both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levelsStrong project coordination abilities - managing timelines, resources, and competing prioritiesAnalytical and problem-solving skills - quickly assess situations and drive to resolutionDetail-oriented with process discipline - ensuring nothing falls through the cracksCalm under pressure - ability to make sound decisions during high-stakes production deploymentsSelf-motivated and proactive - identifying issues before they become problemsCustomer service orientation - supporting development teams and stakeholders professionally Work Schedule Requirements:Must be available during release windows: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM ETFlexibility to adjust schedule as needed for critical releasesAbility to participate in occasional emergency deployments outside normal windows Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent and developing relationships with our future employees.
