Job Title: Seismic Marketing Manager / Investment Data Services Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Seismic Marketing Manager / Investment Data Services Analyst to support data integration, content management, reporting, and platform administration within the Seismic environment. This role is responsible for managing data workflows, supporting ETL processes, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders to deliver scalable and accurate content solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and data analysis capabilities, experience working with financial data providers, and the ability to translate technical requirements into business-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Management
- Import, transform, and integrate data files into the Seismic platform while ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
- Coordinate data integration from centralized repositories and third-party providers such as Morningstar, Markit, FactSet, Fluent, or similar platforms.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and data loading specifications.
- Write SQL and SnowSQL queries to extract, validate, and troubleshoot data.
- Monitor ETL production processes and resolve data-related issues proactively.
Content & Platform Administration
- Create, manage, and maintain Seismic content, logic, and LiveDocs functionality.
- Design and implement reusable content and data transformation objects.
- Configure and update content logic, variable content, and slide selection rules based on business requirements.
- Support data cleansing, transformation, mapping, and documentation activities.
Dashboard & Reporting Development
- Design and develop Seismic dashboards and reporting solutions for business leaders and stakeholders.
- Generate usage analytics and reporting insights to improve content utilization and user engagement.
- Create visual reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities during implementation and quarter-end update cycles.
- Apply best practices for testing methodologies and data accuracy standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to users and stakeholders.
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities across different business units.
- Process and fulfill enhancement requests using Workfront or similar workflow management tools.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
Technical Consulting
- Act as the Seismic platform subject matter expert and provide strategic recommendations for platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for end users and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and data management efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the Seismic platform, including LiveDocs, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with financial services or investment management data environments.
- Familiarity with third-party financial data providers such as Morningstar, FactSet, Markit, Fluent, or similar platforms.
- Experience building Seismic dashboards and usage analytics reports.
- Prior exposure to workflow management tools such as Workfront.
