Job Title : IT Program Manager III

Job Location: Charlotte NC (Fully Onsite)

Job Type: 10+ Months contract

Must-Have Skills / Key Requirements

Strong Technical Project Management experience.
Former Software Developer or strong technical background (preferably Security).
Experience working with Security teams to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
Vendor Management experience is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to present project updates clearly to project leadership and executives.
Experience coordinating with multiple Project Managers (PMs), Technical Project Managers (TPMs), and Scrum Masters (SMs).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Background in Waterfall or Hybrid Project Management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
Strong issue/risk management skills with the ability to investigate and resolve problems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Understands banking governance and can follow ECM (Enterprise Change Management) processes.
Hands-on experience with Jira (strongly preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
Professional, confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
