Summary

We are seeking a strong Business Analyst with Commercial Operations, Marketing Operations, or Life Sciences analytics experience. This role will support commercial decision-making by analyzing IQVIA pharmaceutical data and delivering insights that improve targeting, sales performance, and incentive compensation effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze IQVIA datasets (MIDAS, NPA, DDD, LAAD) using SQL and Excel
Develop HCP/HCO targeting and segmentation models
Build dashboards and commercial performance reports (Power BI/Tableau)
Support Incentive Compensation (IC) planning and sales performance tracking
Analyze patient journey and specialty pharmacy data trends
Provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams

Required Skills

3+ years of pharma/biotech commercial analytics experience
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Hands-on experience with IQVIA data
Experience with Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of pharma metrics (TRx, NRx, market share, patient metrics)
Experience in Commercial Ops or Marketing Ops (preferred)

Nice to Have: Veeva CRM, specialty pharmacy data, Python/R, HIPAA awareness
