About McIntosh Trail
At McIntosh Trail Community Service Board, we offer individuals experiencing symptoms associated with mental illness, addictive disease and/or developmental disability the hope for optimal functioning and recovery by providing quality behavioral health services and supports.
Responsibilities
Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/mobile devices.
Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of related experience in system administration or IT support roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, virtual local area networks, and firewall configurations.
Experience managing endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot across systems, including servers, applications, and network connectivity, with minimal supervision.
Baccalaureate degree in computer science technology or a closely related from a regionally accredited college or university *and* Three (3) years of work experience in design, configuration, and planning of local and/or wide area networks Note: Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
