Summary

Job Summary The UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that simplify and enhance user interactions. This role focuses on leveraging user research, data, and collaboration to design customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences, from overall product flow to detailed UI components Conduct and utilize user research to inform evidence-based design decisions Create sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts Collaborate with designers, researchers, and stakeholders to align on product requirements Ensure consistency and usability across digital products and experiences Contribute to and leverage design systems for scalability and efficiency Work within agile teams to deliver high-quality digital products Utilize tools such as Figma, and collaborate using platforms like Jira and Confluence Required Qualifications 35 years of UX design experience Experience working on agile teams delivering digital products Strong experience conducting or applying user research to support design decisions Proficiency in Figma Ability to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into design solutions Strong ability to create design artifacts including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Online portfolio required Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers and researchers Creative mindset with a strong interest in user-centered design Education: Bachelors Degree
