UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking a UX Designer.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of UX design experience preferred
* 3+ years on agile teams delivering value in digital products preferred
* Experience organizing, conducting, and/or using research to support evidence-focused design decisions a must
* Requires an online portfolio to be considered; Use the STAR Method when explaining your work
* Understand and empathize with customer needs, motivations and behaviors, and translate them into compelling design
* Operational proficiency in Figma required
* Able to drive to design the overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or flow
* Ability to create sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and other product artifacts to effectively communicate the 'why' behind your designs while aligning with product requirements
* Familiarity with the value of design systems, understanding reuse and scale, and knowing when to contribute to make them better
* Meticulous and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Operational understanding of tools like Jira and Confluence preferred
* Collaboration with other UX designers and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
