Dynamics 365 F&O Tester
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented D365 CE/FO Tester to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and have a passion for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing.
Essential Functions
· Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
· Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other
· frameworks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
· Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
· Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
· Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
· Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.
Required Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
· 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance.
· Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
· Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
· Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Experience working within the SAFe framework
Preferred Experience
· SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
· Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
· Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.
· Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.
· Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
