Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Data Architect, where you will lead the charge in strategic information management, driving data solutions that meet evolving business needs, all while ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire initiatives in data and information management, including governance, standardization, and quality.
  • Develop enterprise-wide data strategies to support essential business goals and objectives.
  • Promote best practices in data systems, ensuring data integrity and reducing redundancy across platforms.
  • Facilitate collaboration among technical teams to design architecture solutions supporting new business capabilities.
  • Engage and innovate with leadership to identify business opportunities powered by technology.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years in Business Analysis, System Design, Development, or technical architecture, including 5 years in an Architect role.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management tools.
  • Working knowledge of analytics, event messaging, and API design best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data modeling, especially within the healthcare or PBM industry.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements like HIPAA or PCI.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as Planview or Sparx.
  • Formal training and certifications in Enterprise Architecture.
