Job Title: SFDC Architect
Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead implementation of Omnichannel capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable unified customer data strategies
Architect and optimize Agentforce implementations for customer service excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce development and integrations
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Mentor junior developers and guide technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Hands-on experience with:
- Omnichannel solutions in Salesforce
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Agentforce (or similar customer engagement/service platforms)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data modeling
Experience with APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred)
Experience working in enterprise environments
Prior experience in customer service transformation projects
