Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead with strong expertise in TIBCO and MuleSoft technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions, APIs, and middleware services across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BW/BWCE and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Build and manage REST/SOAP APIs, RAML specifications, and reusable API assets
Develop ESB orchestration, message routing, transformations, and mediation logic
Create TIBCO BW processes, EMS messaging, adapters, and Hawk monitoring configurations
Develop MuleSoft flows, DataWeave transformations, connectors, and API policies
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Azure DevOps
Integrate applications with AWS/Azure cloud services, SaaS platforms, and databases
Implement logging, monitoring, exception handling, and performance tuning
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6/BWCE), EMS, Adapters, and Hawk
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange
Expertise in DataWeave, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, JMS, Kafka, and SFTP
Knowledge of API-led connectivity, SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Experience with OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and API security best practices
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes

Must Have Skills

TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6/BWCE), EMS & Hawk
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform & DataWeave
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, JMS/Kafka
CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Git, Maven
