Summary

Integration Lead (TIBCO + Mulesoft)

Introduction:

The Integration Lead will be responsible for architecting and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6) and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. They will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize integrations while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Design – Architect and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BW and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • API Development – Build REST/SOAP APIs, RAML specifications, and reusable API assets.
  • ESB Orchestration – Develop message flows, transformations, routing, and mediation logic.
  • CI/CD Automation – Implement automated deployments using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud Integration – Integrate with AWS/Azure services, SaaS platforms, and hybrid environments.
  • Error Handling – Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Performance Optimization – Tune integrations for throughput, latency, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with architects, analysts, and business teams to refine requirements.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW6/BWCE), EMS, Adapters, Hawk.
  • MuleSoft Anypoint Platform – Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange.
  • Strong DataWeave and XSLT transformation skills.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, JMS, Kafka, SFTP, Databases.
  • Knowledge of API led connectivity, SOA, microservices, and event driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and API security best practices.
  • Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MuleSoft MCD Level 1 or Integration Architect certification.
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer certification.
  • Experience migrating integrations from TIBCO to MuleSoft.
