Description
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This role involves managing and supporting business applications, ensuring their optimal performance, and collaborating with vendors on hosted platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a related field.
Proficiency in computer hardware, technical support, and IT operations.
Experience with ticketing systems and creating technical documentation.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data management practices.
Knowledge of Windows Server and application server environments.
Strong understanding of relational databases and reporting structures.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Exceptional customer service skills, including handling complaints and emergencies effectively.
