Job Summary:
Seeking an AVP Debt Manager SME to support database, application, and collections strategy. This role will handle production support, performance optimization, and ensure data integrity across end-to-end collections workflows.

Key Skills (Must Have):

Advanced SQL & database troubleshooting (stored procedures, partitioning, performance tuning)
Strong expertise in Debt Manager and account lifecycle processing
Experience with collections data flow (system of record Debt Manager dialer)

Responsibilities:

Act as SME for Debt Manager database, data flow, and collections strategy
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Manage segmentation, worklists, and account lifecycle processes
Support integrations (APIs, batch jobs, downstream systems)
Ensure data integrity across systems and workflows
Provide user training and technical guidance

Nice to Have:

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and automation (cron jobs)
Strong understanding of collections operations and decisioning logic

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00-$105.00 per hour.
