Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic and technologically advanced team. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies, collaboration across complex organizations, and the ability to remove impediments while ensuring team progress toward their missions and deliverables.
Responsibilities: - Lead program and project management efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Manage core functions, including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and meeting critical milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate across the technology organization to provide sound business analysis, process, and change leadership within an Agile PDLC framework.
- Develop and revise processes and guidelines to ensure appropriate application development standards.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management based on best practices and global experience.
- Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
- Ensure transparency to senior management regarding portfolio issues, risks, and recommend/implement strategies for effective operations.
- Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are met.
- Maintain and grow a body of knowledge accessible to all team members.
- Communicate effectively with management, providing ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations and resources.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling and other conflicts to meet deadlines.
- Utilize Agile lifecycle and tracking tools such as JIRA for project management.
- Identify and analyze opportunities, making tactical and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage program management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Plan and conduct relevant meetings with key stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of program and project management experience.
- High degree of business acumen and technical competency, with the ability to balance technology and business needs.
- Experience in financial services technology projects, particularly in Wealth Management and Banking technology.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of project/program execution and hands-on project management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and resolving conflicts to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA and program management tools like Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.

Pay Range: $60 - $69.72/hour on W2
