looking for Oncor IGA Phase 2 : "Oncor IGA Phase 2" refers to Oncor Electric Delivery''s Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program Phase 2 implementation, where they have already completed a major migration from a legacy IGA platform to Saviynt and are now entering the next maturity phase.
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Saviynt IGA Specialist to support, optimize, and mature a Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration platform following migration from a legacy IGA solution. The role will focus on platform support, application onboarding, cloud integrations, automation, and continuous improvement of identity governance processes.
Required skills:
Experience: 8–12+ years IAM experience, including 5+ years hands-on Saviynt experience
Location: Dallas, US (hybrid work from office 3 days a week)
Strong hands-on expertise with Saviynt EIC administration, workflows, roles, certifications, analytics, and integrations.
Experience with application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.
Strong PowerShell scripting and API integration skills.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, SQL, and connector troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, Active Directory, and LDAP.
Nice to have skills:
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Saviynt migration, transition, or managed service engagements.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.

Saviynt Certified Professional / Engineer
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
AWS Certified Security – Specialty
Certified Information Systems Security Professional
ITIL Foundation
