Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems
Certifications in the field
Required Experience:
1. 10+years of Windows server administration experience with experience administering Windows 2016 and newer
2. 7+ years of Microsoft Azure and Cloud experience;
3. 5+ years of AWS experience;
4. 8+ years administering Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), and Group Policy in environments with over 1,000 users;
6. 5+ years of Linux server management experience;
7. Demonstrated experience writing, testing, and executing PowerShell scripts;
8. Experience working in virtual server and Cloud environments; and
9. Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting third-party applications.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base;
• Experience developing and managing schedules for multiple projects;
• Experience working in the MS Azure Government and AWS clouds;
• Experience with state government projects;
• Experience managing and reporting project metrics in strict compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.;
• Experience working with technical programming teams;
• Ability to demonstrate a professional can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems;
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders;
• Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment;
• Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming, data analytics, etc.;
• Proven team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and
• Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and organize and prioritize activities.
