Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer / Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have deep technical capabilities in ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform customization, and be able to design scalable solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules.
Configure and customize HR Service Delivery (HRSD) components including case management, workflows, and employee service portals.
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware where applicable.
Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripting.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices in ServiceNow development.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and code reviews to development teams
