ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Developer / Lead

Exp - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
  • Configure and customize HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including case management, workflows, and employee service portals
  • Lead technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, workflows, UI policies, and business rules
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices
  • Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
  • Expertise in Legal Service Delivery (LSD)
  • Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and platform customization
  • Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions
