We are looking for a Sr. Power BI Developer with at least 8+ years of IT experience. This resource must have excellent communication and people skills. They must be strong with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

- SQL
- Strong experience building executive and operational dashboards from concept through deployment.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Experience optimizing report performance, datasets, and data models.
- Strong understanding of BI architecture, data governance, and analytics best practices.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
