Job Summary

Value technology is seeking an experienced Junior /Senior / Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and scale robust, AI-enabled data pipelines and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL, data architecture, testing automation, and experience working with AI/ML data pipelines including RAG and LLM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

2 to 15 years of experience in Data Engineering with leadership exposure
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL (Scala/Java is a plus)
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Airflow, Kafka, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong experience in API, integration, and performance testing
Experience with tools like Postman, REST Assured, Selenium, PyTest
Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures
Implement data quality, governance, and monitoring frameworks
Build AI-enabled pipelines (feature engineering, embeddings, RAG workflows)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or modern data stack tools
Exposure to LLM, GenAI, and vector databases
Strong understanding of Data Ops, CI/CD, and SDLC
Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder management.
