Job Description:

Value Technology is looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions, integrating models into production systems, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI/LLM-based applications
Design prompt engineering and optimize model outputs
Build RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and backend systems
Fine-tune and evaluate models (SFT, LoRA, etc.)
Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions
Monitor and improve production AI systems

Required Skills

Strong Python programming and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
Experience with APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and microservices
Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure) and Docker

Preferred

Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AI safety and governance
