We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented " Sr. Technology Designer / Technology Project Manager ".

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Technology Designer / Technology Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role involves designing and managing technology systems across multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer systems including telecommunications, electronic security, audiovisual, network, Wi-Fi, and related technologies
• Prepare drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations using AutoCAD and Revit
• Conduct job site inspections to assess project progress and existing conditions
• Manage multiple projects (10+ simultaneously) and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on project requirements
• Research technical product information and ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Support team development, process improvements, and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

• 5 15 years of experience in Technology Engineering / Project Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Studio
• Experience handling full project lifecycle (Schematic Design to Close-Out)
• Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role
• EIT/PE License or progress toward certification
• RCDD or CSI (CDT) certification
• Experience with security systems, audiovisual systems, DAS, Wi-Fi, and related technologies
• Experience working with government agency requirements
• Mentorship experience and leadership capabilities
