We are seeking a " Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Designer ".

About the Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3 8 years of experience to work on a variety of projects across sectors such as municipal, educational, healthcare, federal, and private developments. This role involves HVAC system design, project coordination, and client interaction, along with opportunities for mentorship and career growth toward a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design HVAC systems and prepare complete construction document sets
Work across multiple project types and market sectors
Collaborate with teams and maintain strong client relationships
Manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving technologies and codes
Participate in mentoring junior engineers and personal development

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HVAC design and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Adaptability to changing tools, technologies, and codes
Interest in mentorship and team development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with complex mechanical systems
Experience in data centers, healthcare, K-12, or municipal projects
Proposal writing and client development experience
LEED certification (preferred)
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in California (preferred)
