We are currently seeking for a Energy and Sustainability Manager in the location Riverside, CA (Hybrid) for a Full-time position

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in HVAC design and energy modeling to support sustainable and code-compliant building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards and be capable of contributing to high-performance building designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support HVAC systems for commercial or residential projects
Ensure compliance with Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards
Perform energy modeling using tools such as eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, and Cove.tool
Analyze building performance and provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements
Collaborate with MEP and project teams to deliver sustainable design solutions
Support documentation for energy compliance and green building certifications

Required Qualifications

Experience in HVAC system design
Knowledge of Title 24, CALGreen, LEED, and ASHRAE standards
Experience with energy modeling tools (eQuest, EnergyPlus, IESVE, Cove.tool)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
