Summary

We are seeking an experienced Broadcom GEN (CA GEN) Developer to support and enhance enterprise Rates & Payments applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GEN development, enterprise data modeling, and working with mission-critical systems. This role involves collaborating with developers, business analysts, and DBAs to design, develop, test, and maintain GEN-based solutions across batch and online environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Broadcom GEN / CA GEN
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop GEN models, action diagrams, and server procedures
Support reporting tools such as Reports Composer, SOA Composer, and Crystal Reports
Work with databases and support batch processing and automation
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and modernization efforts

Required Skills:

10+ years of Broadcom GEN / CA GEN development experience
Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling
Experience with mainframe and distributed systems
Experience with SAS, reporting tools, and batch processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle, Windows batch processing, and system modernization
Experience working in large enterprise IT environments
