  • Proactively flag risks, blockers, and dependencies, and manage mitigations.

  • Lead retrospectives and build reusable playbooks to scale across future transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Structured thinking and attention to detail with ability to maintain the big picture.

  • Strong facilitation across kickoffs, standups, and executive readouts.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education.

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience with exposure to complex corporate transactions (M&A, partnerships, or similar).

  • Experience managing cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Operations.

  • Strong understanding of financial close processes, entity setup, and intercompany accounting.

  • Experience with data rooms, diligence processes, and deal timelines.

  • Proficiency with project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in corporate development or integration management office work.

  • Experience building playbooks and scalable PMO frameworks.
