Job Position: Technical Program Manager II (Contract Role)

Shift : Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
Manage technical programs related to office infrastructure and workplace technology
Act as a bridge between Real Estate, Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and other teams
Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including networking, AV systems, and IT setups
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, construction teams, and vendors
Manage full project lifecycle: design, bidding, implementation, commissioning, and handover
Oversee ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling, and network infrastructure projects
Lead deployment of audio-visual and video conferencing systems
Collaborate with Corporate Security for access control and surveillance system integration
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and status reporting
Provide executive-level updates and communication on project progress
Prepare drawing packages and technical specifications for projects
Coordinate procurement activities and support budget planning with finance teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget
Requirements
Strong experience in program and project management
Solid understanding of architectural design processes:
Schematic design
Design development
Construction documentation
Knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes
Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
Experience with vendor management:
Vendor selection and evaluation
RFPs and bid processes
Performance management and handover
Understanding of:
Mechanical systems
Power and cooling infrastructure
Capacity planning
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
