The primary goals are to standardize and scale how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem while improving operational efficiency, visibility, and adoption of our core Adobe and marketing technology platforms.
In parallel, they are preparing for Adobe North Star and several AI-enabled marketing initiatives that will require significant process design, change management, stakeholder enablement, and cross-functional program coordination to ensure the organization is ready to adopt new ways of working.
While some of the scope builds upon work already underway, we're also expanding our focus beyond platform implementation to include operating model transformation, governance, workflow standardization, and AI readiness across Marketing Operations. Change Manager One CRM
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience leading change across diverse, matrixed business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT).
Executive Sponsor Alignment: Ability to coach and align upper leaders and executives to serve as active, visible sponsors of the CRM change.
Change Champion Networks: Design, launch, and mobilize a global network of "Change Champions" or super-users to drive localized peer-to-peer adoption.
Key Deliverables:
1. CRM enhancement planning, deployment support, and release coordination.
2. Cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams.
3. Enablement and adoption support for CRM tools, processes, and new capabilities.
Change Manager
Develop and execute scalable change strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Assess impacts and drive readiness across people, process, technology, and data.
Partner with program teams to embed change into project delivery.
Lead stakeholder engagement, alignment, and executive communications.
Design and deliver communications, training, and enablement resources.
Track adoption, identify resistance, and drive sustained behavioral change.
Build reusable frameworks and best practices to scale change across MOPs.
Key Deliverables:
1. Marketing Operations Transformation Programs.
2. Drive adoption of marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience).
3. Enable standardized, "campaign-ready" execution models.
4. Support data infrastructure and governance adoption.
5. Prepare teams for AI-enabled workflows and decision-making.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
