Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support integrations between Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in integration architecture, data transformation, and enterprise system connectivity, ensuring seamless data exchange across supply chain planning platforms and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces using APIs, ETL processes, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Define integration architecture, data mappings, transformation rules, and interface specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, interface, and data flow issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform integration testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment support.
• Monitor interface execution, automation jobs, and integration performance to ensure reliable data processing.
• Work closely with Kinaxis solution consultants to support end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Follow integration best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro integrations.
• Strong understanding of the Kinaxis data model and integration framework.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with:
• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
• Oracle ERP
• Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in data transformation techniques.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, web services, and file-based integrations.
• Knowledge of supply chain master data and transactional data flows.
• Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing interface performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis Integration Certification.
• Experience with cloud integration platforms.
• Exposure to Python, Java, or scripting languages for automation.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Semiconductor, High-Tech, or Consumer Products industries.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
