Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Signavio, RISE with SAP, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise business process transformation by leading process discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state process design, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) modernization initiatives.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/OTC, hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, and the ability to collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable cloud-based SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate business process discovery sessions and fit-to-standard workshops using SAP Signavio.
• Design, document, and optimize current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.
• Configure and design SAP SD solutions supporting order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and returns.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and transformation opportunities.
• Develop functional specifications, business process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover planning, hyper-care, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and other SAP functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and cloud transformation best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ years of SAP SD/Order-to-Cash consulting or implementation experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio.
• Experience participating in at least one RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Proven experience leading business process workshops and fit-to-standard sessions.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
