We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our infrastructure migration project moving our on-premise AutoSys workload automation environment to Amazon Web Services AWS Cloud You will be responsible for end-to-end migration strategy architecture design execution and troubleshooting ensuring a seamless high-performance and secure transition
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Architecture Design and implement highly available scalable and secure AutoSys infrastructure in AWS
Migration Execution Execute on-premises to AWS AutoSys migration including application servers database Postgres SQL Oracle and client agents
Configuration Optimization Configure AutoSys in the cloud to utilize AWS-native features migrate legacy job definitions into AWS compatible formats
Automation Utilize AWS services e.g. AWS Lambda Terraform CloudFormation to automate the migration process and infrastructure provisioning
Documentation Testing Prepare detailed technical specifications migration roadmaps and conduct rigorous testing to ensure zero disruption
Mentorship Guide junior engineers and team members through the migration process
Required Technical Skills
AutoSys Expertise 10 years of experience in AutoSys Workload Automation administration configuration and troubleshooting
AWS Cloud Skills 3 years of experience with AWS services EC2 S3 RDS IAM VPC CloudFormation
Migration Experience Proven track record of successful infrastructure migration from on-premise to AWS
Scripting Proficiency in Bash Python or PowerShell
Database Knowledge of SQL and experience with AWS database migration RDS PostgreSQL
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Strong understanding of network security including VPN tunnels or Direct Connect
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification
Experience with containerization Kubernetes Docker in a cloud environment
