About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and requires a proactive leader who can drive financial excellence, support business growth, and ensure compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and management of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries for executive leadership.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Monitor financial KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Progressive experience in finance and in a managerial or senior role.
Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
